CUSTOM DYE CARPET PROCESS
- Color Selection: Start by choosing from our extensive in-stock carpet color options or request a custom color match.
- Color Match Request: For custom dye projects, provide the target color, such as a PMS, brand, or approved design color.
- Mill Coordination: We work directly with the mill to review the color requirements and determine the best dyeing approach for the carpet.
- Custom Dyeing: The carpet is dyed to achieve the requested shade, helping match corporate branding, event themes, or specific design goals. Custom-dyed event carpet is commonly used for exact PMS color matching.
- Sample / Approval: A color sample or strike-off will be reviewed to confirm the shade before full production. This will be sent to you for approval.
- Production: Once approved, the custom-dyed carpet is produced in the required event or trade show carpet weight, width, and quantity.
- Finishing & Shipping: The carpet is finished, inspected for color consistency and overall appearance, then prepared to ship for installation.
