Sustainable Carpet Program
Sustainability with Purpose
At Graphic Image Flooring, reducing our environmental impact isn’t a trend — it’s a responsibility built into how we operate. We continuously evaluate our materials, manufacturing processes, and supplier partnerships to ensure we deliver high-performance flooring solutions with a lower environmental footprint.
We work directly with our carpet manufacturing partners to source sustainable carpet products that meet the rigorous demands of the trade show and event industry. Performance is never compromised — durability, appearance, and speed remain critical.
Our robust Infinity carpet line is fully recyclable, allowing us to extend product life cycles and significantly reduce waste. This closed-loop approach supports sustainability while maintaining the rapid production and fulfillment timelines our customers depend on.
In addition, our primary carpet supplier is a member of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s Green Power Partnership, offsetting 100% of their electricity use through renewable energy. By utilizing green power, they actively support the growth of the voluntary renewable energy market — strengthening the environmental integrity of every carpet we produce.
At Graphic Image Flooring, sustainability and performance go hand in hand — delivering flooring solutions that work harder for your brand and lighter on the environment.
How to Recycle Your Infinity Carpet
Recycling your Infinity Carpet is simple. We’ve streamlined the process to make return and recovery efficient from start to finish.
Step 1: Request Your Return
Contact Graphic Image Flooring to let us know you’d like to recycle your Infinity Trade Show Carpet.
Step 2: Confirm Product Details
Provide the size and color of your Infinity Carpet so we can coordinate the return.
Step 3: Approve Return Freight
We’ll issue a quote for return shipping to our recycling facility in Dalton, GA or Las Vegas, NV. Once approved, we’ll send your invoice along with prepaid shipping labels and a Bill of Lading (BOL).
Please note: Any show site material handling or drayage fees are the responsibility of the exhibitor.
Step 4: Prepare the Carpet for Return
At the end of the show, roll the carpet tightly on its original core. Tape or shrink-wrap it securely to prepare for pickup.
Step 5: Release to Show Management
Notify show management that your carpet is ready for outbound shipping — and we’ll take it from there.
Recycling your Infinity Carpet extends product life, reduces landfill waste, and supports a more sustainable trade show industry — without adding complexity to your event process.

Advancing Sustainable Performance
In 2025, in close partnership with our carpet manufacturer, Graphic Image Flooring introduced the Infinity Carpet line — our first fully recyclable carpet system featuring ExpoMax™ backing, engineered for complete product recovery and reuse.
This innovation represents measurable progress. In just two years, our supplier increased its waste diversion rate from 0% to 53%, keeping more than 9.1 million pounds of material out of landfills. The result is a high-performance trade show carpet solution that delivers durability, print quality, and responsible end-of-life management.
Our supplier’s operations continue to be powered by 100% renewable electricity, supported by 8.1 million kWh of Renewable Energy Credits. In 2025, we also completed a comprehensive greenhouse gas emissions inventory, including Scope 3 categories such as purchased goods, waste, and transportation. This establishes a clear, data-driven baseline to guide ongoing reductions and continuous improvement.
These milestones reflect more than environmental progress — they demonstrate our long-term commitment to responsible manufacturing, operational transparency, and the communities we serve.
At Graphic Image Flooring, sustainability is built into performance — strengthening our industry while reducing our footprint.
