Wholesale partner need a trade show floor in just days.
The goal was to create a space that looked like grass over the entire space but included an area where a car had done donuts. The other end of the space was to be for tables and entertaining for the ESPN Party at the Super Bowl in Phoenix Arizona.
Speed:
From the point of approval on a Friday afternoon the flooring had to be ready to be picked up on the following Wednesday and head to Arizona for the Super Bowl and to be installed beginning on Friday. By anyone’s standards this was a short lead time.
With a great team behind us we were able to produce the custom printed vinyl trade show flooring and have them out the door on time Wednesday just in time for the truck’s arrival.
Roll Sizes
The roll sizes were selected to provide the fewest number of seams while making handling easier for the installers. We produced 4 rolls of custom printed vinyl trade show flooring that were 10' x 30' for the total space of 20' x 60'.
As the images show in production to the finished event we think everything turned out great. Mercedes USA received everything that they were hoping for and we are sure their party was a huge success. We were fortunate enough to complete their floor for the Super Bowl the following year in San Francisco.
